Specialist Diploma in Research
This program primarily based on research aims to equip learners to carry out a supervised piece of research leading to a Specialist Diploma by Research. The program is for professionals and graduates who did not undertake a research-based dissertation or project during their academic or professional training and would now like to embark on an independent research inquiry.
Those with an undergraduate education will complete the Diploma Level 4. This requires the completion and defense of a 10000-word research project supervised by one of our qualified lecturers or researchers.
Candidates who have done some postgraduate studies will complete the Diploma Level 5. This requires the completion and defense of a more advanced 12,000-15,000 – word project under the supervision of one of our qualified lecturers or researchers.

Assessment : Project report/dissertation and a viva presentation.
Career after the program: progression in the candidates’ field of work or further studies.
